The ravings and ramblings of a retired lunatic....once professional, now just an amateur.
I was just about to send a comment on your previous post when this one appeared. My suggestion was: if the 1st opinion was that the problem was off in one direction and the 2nd placed it off in the opposite direction, logic --and intuition as well-- would invite us to divide opinions and take the average. This would place the problem near your house, right where you thought it was. Bell should be paying you for this service, Delores, and I'm glad you got your phone back. Brava!
Not only will Bell not pay me for consulting services rendered, they will charge me for the four days I was without service. On top of that.....last month our monthly rate went up. Which one of those ancient Greeks to I consult about that Geo??
I am glad. And totally unsurprised it was where you thought it was. When our phone died a while ago the 'helpful' person at the call centre told me it was a battery at the exchange which needed changing. Not.
Insert primal scream here lol
Maybe you should work for Bell :) Hug B
Can't you just see me up a telephone pole?
Isn't it good to say, "I told you so".
Would have been better if I could have said it on day one lol.
That's a long time with no phone!
Fortunately we hae a little flip phone for emergencies,
I get frustrated with our phone company. I always know where the problem is before they do!Have a great day.
Ad they NEVER listen
It's lovely to know someone else is out there. Please leave me a comment...pretty please.
