Off To Buy A Card

I'm off to buy a birthday card for my Auntie.  Mom sister will turn 90 on Groundhog Day and I want to be sure to have a card in the mail for her.  She comes from a hardy line and so, by default, do I.  Fingers crossed.

Happy 90th Aunt Jean.

  1. Happy birthday to your Aunt Jean. I mailed a birthday card to my own Aunt Jean yesterday, who will be 94. When growing up I called her Aunt Jean but it turns out technically she is my second cousin. That is quite an achievement to reach their 90s.

  2. What a delightful and beautiful woman! You are so kind and loving to always remember her. My Aunt Vada is 84, the last of Mom's sisters, and I treasure her, too.

  3. My mum was an only child, but her mum, my grandma, lived to 96 and other ancestors on mum's side lived longer than my mum did, so I hope to be long-lived also. My mother-in-law is going to be 93 in May, so my children have a good shot at living long lives also.
Happy Birthday to your Aunt Jean.

  10. Awesome auntie you have there, Delores. If I wanted to make a reference to the movie, "Groundhog Day", I'd probably have this comment repeat itself. Of course, I would never do that. Happy birthday to your Auntie Jean.

    Penny's human dad,

    Gary :)

  11. My dear Auntie Vivian is 92 and as I age I find that I look like her twin. LOL Especially the way we stand with slightly slumped posture. I keep trying to work on that. I love her dearly. She is also my Godmother.
Have a great day! Happy birthday to your Aunt.
