Fireworks In The Trees

Miss Autumn wields her paint brush
and heaves a gusty sigh,
watches as the clouds fly past
across a brilliant sky.

What colours shall I use today,
reds and golds might please.
When my work is finished,
there'll be fireworks in the trees.

  1. Good poem, pretty pictures. Are you already in the yellow stage in Canada? I think we have another two weeks of green, at least, I hope so.
